WidgetAvenue

A Google account and password are required to access WidgetAnalytics. The Google account ID (not the password) needs to be sent to WidgetAvenue for the initial setup. If you do not have a Google account, you can create one here.

The standard Google Analytics website can be used to access data collected with WidgetAnalytics.

Several metrics and dimensions are available. Whereas most of them are relevant, some are meaningless in a cross platform environment.The most interesting data are:

• Visitors/User Defined: provides a list of all platforms that have been visited.
• Visitors/Network Properties/Hostnames: provides a list of all domains that have been visited. For technical reasons, desktop widgets are consolidated in the widgetavenue.com domain
• Visitors/Map Overlay: provides a geographical map of the visitors
• Content/Top content: provides a list of impressions and clicks in the form widgetID/eventType/link
